Besides “Kinks of Nature” having an interesting ring to it and the input of ladies of the CurlyNikki Forums (thanks!), I chose the name because of the duality of its meaning. Kinks, for the purposes here, can be defined as quirks or idiosyncrasies of one’s personality. Kinks can also be used in reference to the natural texture of one’s hair. Being that I have a head full of naturally kinky hair and lots of different quirks about me…it just seemed to fit.
This blog will feature my hair journey, reviews (hair, beauty, books, and lots more), food (one of my greatest loves!), music…ok, you get the idea. Basically, whatever captures my interest. 🙂
